Satellite radio is quickly becoming a touring rider's best friend. Having 120+ digital channels available anywhere, coast to coast, makes the more boring parts of the ride pass faster.
While there are a lot of satellite radio options to choose from, for use on a motorcycle small size is a very important factor. We recommend the XM Audiovox Xpress EZ, and the Sirius Starmate 4. Cycle Solutions has come up with a slick mounting bracket that takes advantage of the compact designs of these radios, and positions the radio and its antenna on top of the brake or clutch reservoir on many bikes.
The Cycle Solutions Satellite Radio Holder is constructed of powder-coated carbon steel, so that your radio's magnetic antenna sticks to the antenna platform with no adhesive required. You can even bundle up the entire antenna cord under the platform using the included Velcro tie wrap, which enables you to easily remove the radio and transfer it and its antenna to a different vehicle.
Any of the holders below will work with most compact satellite radios, including the Delphi Roady series, small Audiovox XM units, Sirius Streamer GT/GT Replay, and the Starmate 4. |
