The form contains space for emergency contact information, brief medical history, and other data that emergency personnel might need. Didn't this used to be free? Yes, for several years CycleGadgets.com offered the MICS as a free item to any motorcyclist who asked. Unfortunately no good deed goes unpunished, and while we tried to police the "Freebie" sites we continued to get hundreds of orders every month that were obviously not for motorcyclists.
