The BackOFF license plate frames and LED strips contain dual-intensity LEDs, which allow them to act as both a running light and a brake light.  They are available in both chrome and powder-coated black.  The LEDs draw very little power (<1/2 amp), so they will not overload the tail lamp circuitry on your motorcycle.  License plate frames are sized for standard motorcycle plates, and some versions are also available sized for Wisconsin, Ohio, or Maryland plates.   The 6" strips will mount to any flat surface with adhesive or screws (not included). Also available is the BackOFF Brake Light Signal Modulator.  This device, which may be used with your stock brake light or with the BackOFF LED lights, turns your brake light into an attention-getting visual alert.  With the module installed, when you apply your brakes, it causes your brake light to emit a visual alerting signal of 3 short light flashes, followed by 1 long light flash (3.5 seconds).  The signal automatically repeats itself as long as the brakes are applied.
